Let's get to know each other! We offer a one-hour complimentary phone or video call consultation to learn all about your special day. Join us for a chat and share your vision with us. We can't wait to hear all the details!

Bespoke Quote
Once we've had a chat about your vision, we'll send you a personalised quote that lays out all the expenses in detail. To hold your spot, we ask that you put down a 30% deposit. Let's make it official!

Planning
Once your date is secured with the deposit payment, we'll start working on the finer details. We'll schedule some calls to iron out final plans and create a personalised timeline just for you. Let the countdown begin!

The Day
We'll prep the venue the day before or the morning of your big day, so you can walk in to a fully decorated space. And after the festivities are over, we'll handle the packing up. Let us take care of the logistics while you focus on enjoying your special moment.
With you every step of the way
What we offer
We offer unlimited email correspondence, so you can communicate with us to make sure everything is just how you envision it to be. We'll provide you with digital mock-ups for any personalised signage, so you know exactly what to expect. And once the big day arrives, you can sit back and let us take care of everything. We'll coordinate with the venue, provide a complete set-up and pack-down of all decor and design elements, and add charming rustic touches that will take your breath away.
