If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ururamoments.co.uk. We will evaluate the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement at no additional cost. 

Shipping Options:
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

• UK Orders:
  • Tracked 24 (via Royal Mail): Delivery within 1-2 business days
  • Tracked 48 (via Royal Mail): Delivery within 2-3 business days
• International Orders:
  • All orders outside the UK are shipped via International Tracked (via Royal Mail), with delivery times varying based on destination.

Shipping Rates: 

Free shipping for all UK orders over £25. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Order Tracking:

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.
